Point of View II
This Sunday, November 28th 2010 - 11.00 we will host an exhibition, introduction - 12.30. This time Silvija Meskone and Patricija Jurksaityte. To bring her paintings to inner vibration, to bring the movement in colour and form, is the highest artistic intention and goal for Silvija Meskone.
The Lithuanian artist Patricija Jurksaityte goes back to the historical backgrounds of famous canvases, though in her works - the protagonists have left the scene. The jorney though time and interiors of Vermeer allows us better to feel and formulate the border between existence and emptiness and to renew our self-perception in painting.
Point of View will be continued until the year 2014, when Riga will become a cultural capital of Europe for this year.
